We have been in business 15 years and consider ourselves to be a family entertainment store specializing in comic books, graphic novels, anime, role-playing and card games, model kits, t-shirts & cult video. We do share any statistics with any third-party vendors and will never provide any personal or specific information about the individuals who buy from us. Your personal information will not be used for any purpose other than to send product or track orders, nor will it be divulged to anyone outside of our company, unless required by law or legal process. We only ask for the information we need to complete an order: your name, email address, mailing address, and credit card number and expiration date in order to process your order, fill it, and communicate with you regarding its status. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot

liable for any of this $50.00, we will cover your liability up to $50.00, in the unlikely
event that the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted, through no fault of your
own, from shopping at Hill City Comics web site and leaving your credit card information

How long will it take to get your order? Most orders ship out within 3 business days. If we are out of stock on an item we will let you know how long it will be before more stock arrives. We ship all our parcels with the post office. While they are very dependable and affordable they are not always fast so please allow 2 weeks for delivery.
Can I check the status of my order? If you have questions about your order, please call us Toll Free at 1-877-368-0320. Please have your name, your shipping address and the order number ready as we will need this information to look up your order status.
What is Hill City Comics return policy? If for any reason, you are not 100% completely satisfied with your order, return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, replacement or exchange. Hill City Comics will reimburse customers for return shipping costs only for damaged products or for incorrect shipments.
I don't understand Canadian money All credit card purchases are billed in Canadian
Funds (This might sound confusing, but it's not. Presently $1.00 US is equal
to $1.03 in Canadian funds)
Prices do not include any taxes. If you live in Canada then 5% GST is added, and in Ontario 8% PST & 5% GST. We DO NOT charge any tax to anyone that lives outside of Canada.
Prices do not include shipping. The shopping cart shipping prices are only for shipping in the USA and Canada. All overseas orders will have the shipping charge adjusted after we get your order packed and weighed to reflect the correct price. If you would like a quote first just email us and let us know what you want to order and where it would be shipping. Below is an example of shipping cost to give you an idea what shipping cost will be. **** A Special Note about shipping comic books **** Due to limitations with our shopping cart software, Shipping Charges for comic books will be adjusted when we process your order. A base charge of $5.00 plus 35¢ for every comic book will be applied to your order. (for example if you order 10 comics books the shipping charge would be $5.00 + $3.50 (10 x 35¢) = $8.50). This applies only to orders to the USA and Canada. (Shipping for International orders is based on parcel weight) All comics come in their own bag and board.
